Acceptance of Terms

By using LPIC.cc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any terms, please stop using the Service.

Service Description

The Service provides free image and video hosting with password-protected viewing. Uploaded files are automatically compressed and optimized, then delivered via global CDN. Files are retained for 30 days after the last view and automatically deleted upon expiration.

User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all content uploaded through the Service. You must ensure that you have the legal right to upload the content and that the upload does not violate any applicable laws.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload the following types of content:

  • Content that violates any national or regional laws
  • Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Any form of harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence

Abusive Content & Reporting

For sexual imagery of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), and other abusive content, we maintain dedicated red lines, handling deadlines, and a no-login reporting channel. See: Content Abuse Policy

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. The Service does not claim ownership of your uploads. However, you grant the Service a license to store, process (e.g., compression and format conversion), and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages arising from the use of the Service. Uploaded files should not be used as the sole backup method.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Files that violate our content policy will be removed immediately without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
