LPIC.cc respects intellectual property rights and handles copyright complaints in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please follow the process below to submit a notice.

Complaint Process

Follow these three steps to submit a copyright complaint:

Locate the URL of the content you believe is infringing and confirm it actually violates your copyright.

Gather the required information listed below to ensure complete documentation and faster processing.

Send the Notice

Send the complete complaint to [email protected] with the subject line 'DMCA Takedown Notice'.

Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • A description of the copyrighted work, including the URL or copy of the original work
  • The URL of the infringing content on LPIC.cc
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature, a description of the removed content and its original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. Repeat Infringer Policy

LPIC.cc reserves the right to terminate services for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We maintain records of valid complaints and take restrictive measures against accounts or IPs with multiple confirmed infringements.
