पहले result बताता हूँ।
एक link मत दो। Original files, edited photos, preview — तीन अलग layers बनाओ।
मैंने भी वही किया था जो सब करते हैं।

Google Drive और Dropbox original files के लिए best — permanent, large capacity। लेकिन login requirement बुज़ुर्गों के लिए barrier है।
Image host original layer नहीं कर सकता (8 MB per file limit), लेकिन preview layer में बाकी तीनों से आगे — direct link, no registration, password lock।

तीन Layer का SOP — यही Order Follow करें
Layer 1: Original Files — Google Drive पर
- Folder बनाओ, नाम:
[वर-वधू का नाम]_Wedding_YYYYMMDD - RAW + सभी JPG upload करो, sub-folders में divide करो (Ceremony, Entry, Toast, Group Photos)
- "Anyone with the link can view" set करो, couple से request करो कि अपने Drive में copy save करें
Couple के Drive में copy हो जाए — आपका Drive quota free रहेगा।
Layer 2: Best 80 Edited Photos — Image Host पर
- 80 best shots select करो, 1080×1080 + 1080×1920 दो sizes में export
- Image host पर batch upload (lpic.cc batch upload या equivalent)
- External URL मिलने पर एक "Edited Index" PDF बनाओ — हर image का URL + caption
- PDF couple को भेजो — वो जहाँ चाहें share करें (Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads)

Law में obligation नहीं — contract पर depend करता है। Industry में generally 1-3 साल original retain होता है। Contract में clearly लिखो retention period, और couple को immediately उनके Drive में copy save करने की सलाह दो। Long-term storage आपकी responsibility नहीं — couple को पहले दिन से यह clear करो।
Q6 (India-specific): शादी के photos Instagram Reels के लिए use करना हो तो?
